Job summary
TikTok USDS Joint Venture LLC is seeking a Software Engineer Intern for the Agentic Platform team, building autonomous AI agents to heal and optimize infrastructure at scale. You will work on production-grade automation, integrate with logging and ticketing systems, and help reduce manual toil while learning from industry professionals.
The role is a 12-week Summer 2027 internship with hands-on experience, collaboration across SRE, Systems, and capacity teams, and exposure to LLM orchestration
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Able to commit to a 12-week internship during Summer 2027.
- Proficient coding skills and strong algorithm & data structure basis.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Workflow Automation & Triage: Apply the Agentic Platform to specific workflows, scaling diagnostic playbooks and enable intelligent triage, isolation, and auto-healing of complex hardware and system faults.
- Systems Integration: Integrate our AI agent framework with core internal logging, monitoring, and ticketing systems.
