Software Engineer/Integrator

Location: Manassas, Virginia (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Software Engineer to perform software development tasks supporting Navy programs. The successful candidate will have experience and knowledge of coding in Java/C++ on a Linux Operating System. This role requires development, integration, and troubleshooting experience.

Clearance: Candidates must be able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense (DoD) Secret level Security Clearance as a condition or continuation of employment.

Basic Qualifications

• Development, integration, and troubleshooting experience with the Linux/Unix Operating System.
• Experience in software development, integration, and troubleshooting using Java or Python.
• Experience developing scripts using Bash or Python.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with K8s or K3s, Podman, or other containerization or orchestration technologies.
• Basic understanding of Agile full software life-cycle development.
• Desire to integrate, test, troubleshoot, and refactor software systems.
• Linux administration access.
• Experience with networking switches, routers, etc.
• Experience debugging the HW/SW interface, TPMs, BIOS, etc.

Compensation & Benefits

The anticipated pay range for this position is $70.00/hr to $100.00/hr. Please note that the final pay rate will be determined based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and the specific requirements of the role.
