What You’ll Do

• Own customer onboarding - understand customer needs and manage the technical onboarding process for new customers, ensuring accurate system integration
• Process improvement - develop best practices and identify areas to enhance onboarding efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Project management - coordinate multiple onboarding projects, ensuring timely completion and satisfaction
• Work with a modern tech stack - Python/Flask, NextJS/React, Tailwind CSS

You Should Have

• 3+ years of experience as a backend software engineer (Python preferred)
• Comfort with rapid prototyping and customer feedback loops
• Interest in ownership of major initiatives
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across teams
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback
