Job Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborating with Account Manager and customers to understand business requirements
  2. Analyzing and designing solutions for business requirements
  3. Configuring and customizing Zoho products as per customer requirements
  4. Conducting pre-UAT functional tests
  5. Providing support, assistance, and training to users

Requirements:

  1. BE / BTech / MCA with 1-3 years of experience in Software development or Support or Maintenance
  2. Project lifecycle experience of planning, analyzing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, documenting, and training in cloud SaaS solutions
  3. 1-2 years programming experience using JavaScript and HTML
  4. Prior experience in implementing Zoho applications shall be preferred
  5. Experience of working in a customer service orientated environment
