Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Eng or related field.
• 2+ years of software engineering experience (Option 1).
• 4 years of software engineering experience (Option 2).
• Masters degree and WCAG accessibility knowledge (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Define high-level design with cross-functional teams and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain code adhering to quality, security, and performance standards.
• Troubleshoot production issues via root cause analysis and problem-solving.
• Lead small engineering groups with guidance, documentation, and mentorship to ensure timely delivery.
• Implement automation scripts to support CI/CD processes.
• Monitor application performance and perform maintenance to improve reliability.
• Evaluate technical feasibility to support business needs with sustainable solutions.
