Qualifications

• 2+ years in software engineering or support engineering roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Practical AI experience with tools like Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Support Engineering and Operations: handle escalations end-to-end without manager intervention
• System Monitoring and Incident Triage: monitor dashboards, logs, and alerts to ensure system health
• Cross-Team Collaboration: translate support trends into actionable requirements with engineering, product, treasury and operations teams
• Own runbooks and knowledge sharing; contribute to postmortems and follow-up actions
• Diagnose issues involving data corrections, money movement, and regulatory compliance
• Leverage AI as a productivity multiplier while ensuring quality and governance
• Identify patterns to inform product or engineering improvements
• Travel up to 10% and occasional after-hours work as needed
