RTX’s Battle Management Software team is seeking software engineers to support aircraft embedded software across the lifecycle. You will work on interfaces with avionics, displays, navigation, and mission planning, primarily onsite in Indianapolis.

The role values problem-solving, collaboration, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality software. You will join a multi-disciplinary team, contributing to design, development, integration, and testing for both military and commercial

Qualifications

• Typically requires a STEM degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• A strong background in software requirements, design, development, integration and test.
• Experience with C++, C#, Ada, Python in Windows environments.

Responsibilities
