Job summary

First Citizens Bank is seeking an experienced data processing systems analyst to provide advanced technical support, analyze and improve data processing systems, install programs, and assist in coding, testing, and deployment to support business objectives. Responsibilities include data analysis, system testing, business support, and on-call 24/7 coverage.

Requires a Bachelor's or higher in CS with 4 years' experience or HS diploma with 8 years; proficiency in .NET, ASP.NET Core, JavaScript,

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 4 years' software development/maintenance experience OR High School Diploma or GED with 8 years' experience in software development/maintenance
Preferred Education: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Area of Study: Computer Science
Preferred Area of Experience: MS.NET; ASP.NET; SQL Scripting; Powershell Scripting

Responsibilities

Data Analysis - Sources, compiles, and interprets data; assess accuracy and efficiency of analyses.
System Testing - test installations and changes; evaluate results; assist in coding and implementing modifications.
Business Support - provide technical support to business units and operations teams.
Technical Proficiency - develop or install appropriate software and act as a data processing systems resource.
On-call Support - participate in 24/7 on-call rotation.
