For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer II, Backend (Identity Decisioning) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will focus on backend software development within a fast-moving decisioning environment, supporting systems that help power reliable, scalable financial services experiences. The engineer will partner closely with product managers, designers, and analysts to break down complex work, contribute to technical direction, and deliver high-quality solutions. Success in this position will also involve maintaining system availability, monitoring operational metrics, and collaborating effectively across teams in a large codebase.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $146,000 – $225,000 annually
