Job summary

Jamf is seeking a Software Engineer II to join a greenfield, security-focused initiative. You will build production systems where AI agents perform real work on code, under deterministic gates with audit trails, as part of a hybrid team in Brno.

You will partner with security and PDD developers, define trust boundaries, and implement observability to keep non-deterministic systems honest while delivering auditable evidence for controls.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building enterprise-grade software with testing/QA.
• 3+ years of commercial experience in Java or Python.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with AI coding assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code).
• Strong sense of trust boundaries and least-privilege design.
• Experience with vulnerability management, SLAs, and exception handling.
• Experience in an agile environment and with build systems like Jenkins/Bamboo.
• Collaborates well across teams in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Build production systems where AI agents do real work on real code inside deterministic gates with audits.
• Break down customer and platform problems and own them end to end with your agile team.
• Define autonomy boundaries, blast radius, and least-privilege models for automation.
• Develop evaluation and observability to keep non-deterministic systems honest.
• Provide audit-ready evidence that controls work, not just claims.
• Collaborate with security engineering and PDD developers across the organization.
• Share engineering best practices and help others level up.
