Qualifications

• 5+ years developing enterprise-grade software with testing and QA processes.
• 5+ years experience in current programming language and tools.
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and agentic frameworks.
• Knowledge of trust boundaries, blast radius, and least privilege in automation.
• Understanding of vulnerability management and incident handling.
• Experience with building enterprise software in an agile environment.
• Familiarity with build systems such as Jenkins or Bamboo.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Apple platform experience encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead agile team efforts to break down problems and design solutions.
• Mentor and coach teammates while delivering new components with high quality.
• Communicate technical concepts to stakeholders.
• Produce designs for new and existing features.
• Design guardrails including rollback, CI gates, and confidence thresholds.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Support, Product and Cloud teams.
• Operate agentic workflows on production systems.
