You will shape AI-enabled features and internal tooling that improve safety workflows, product insights, and engineering efficiency, and you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, maintainable systems and strong customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience with customer-facing production systems.
• Strong programming fundamentals in Golang, Java, or Python.
• Experience developing features across backend services, APIs, and web applications.
• Interest in AI-native development, including LLM integration and agentic workflows.
• Ability to independently manage moderately complex projects and communicate effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and a growth mindset.

For our client, we are seeking a Software Engineer II to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will focus on building customer-facing software that spans backend services, APIs, and web applications, with an emphasis on reliable delivery from design through production. You will help shape AI-enabled features and internal tooling that improve safety workflows, product insights, and engineering efficiency. The position also requires thoughtful technical decision-making in partnership with cross-functional teams to support scalable, maintainable systems and strong customer experiences.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $113,645 – $191,000 annually
