Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff AI Engineer (Remote Eligible) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space.

This role will help shape the technical direction for enterprise AI capabilities that improve experiences for internal and external users alike. You will collaborate across engineering and business teams to design scalable AI systems, strengthen production reliability, and advance responsible AI practices. The position calls for deep technical leadership in building, optimizing, and operating modern AI software in a complex, high-impact environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $244,700 – $279,200 annually

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI products that enhance user experiences
