Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Engineer, Enterprise AI to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space.

This role will sit at the intersection of product engineering and enterprise AI, helping deliver production-ready software experiences for customers and partners. You will build full-stack capabilities, support early deployments, and turn complex technical needs into scalable solutions. The position also plays an important role in identifying opportunities to generalize customer requests into reusable product functionality.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $185,000 – $220,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features and customizations in the codebase
• Collaborate with technical partners and customers to translate their needs into technical solutions
• Support pilots and early production deployments in various environments
• Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple application layers
• Maintain and update customer-specific customizations as the product evolves
• Identify customer requests that can be generalized into product capabilities
• Provide documentation and guidance for partners to manage routine issues independently

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a focus on production applications
• Strong full-stack engineering skills in TypeScript or JavaScript and component-based frameworks
• Experience working directly with customers or partners in a technical role, including coding
• Familiarity with AI-enabled applications like LLM platforms or enterprise search
• Solid understanding of enterprise deployment concerns such as authentication and access control
• Ability to discern when to build custom solutions versus generalize requests into the product
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
