Job summary

You will work across the full development lifecycle, troubleshoot issues, build new modules, and mentor junior engineers while coordinating with product owners and IT staff to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
• Full stack development experience with React/Angular/JQuery, HTML, JavaScript, CSS.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and Spring/Struts frameworks.
• Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle supporting Penske’s financial packages.
• Troubleshoot issues and develop new modules across multiple initiatives.
• Contribute to architecture discussions and mentor junior engineers.
• Collaborate with product owners to translate requirements into reliable software.
