Job summary

SEACORP in Middletown, RI seeks a Software Engineer I/II to join the Electronics Warfare Software team. You will analyze user needs, design software, and collaborate across project management, logistics, and security to integrate hardware and software systems.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering with CS concentration and 1–3 years of experience with C++, UML, Linux, and software documentation. U.S. citizenship and a current secret clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with CS concentration.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience.
• Candidates proficient in C++ and UML with Linux development experience.

Responsibilities

• Analyze user needs and develop software solutions using CS/engineering principles.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware and software systems.
• Maintain and modify software to fix issues and improve interfaces and performance.
• Prepare reports and documentation including SRS and SDD.
