Job summary

Qualtrics is hiring a Software Engineer I - Data Platform in Seattle. You’ll join the Cerberus team building systems that protect access, identity, and trust across the platform, collaborating with security, infrastructure, and product teams to ship reliable, well-tested code in a fast-moving environment.

You’ll own features end-to-end, work across the stack, and contribute to cross-functional collaboration with PM, UX, and QE. A degree in CS and 0–2 years of experience are typical for this role.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of full-time software development experience.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle practices (code reviews, testing, collaboration).
• Willingness to learn Java, Spring and other languages.
• Exposure to UI development is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate across PM, UX, QE, and engineering teams to deliver features.
• Contribute to team knowledge and help others learn new tools and approaches.
• Own features end-to-end and coordinate with multiple teams for delivery.
• Continuously improve across the full stack from backend to UI.
