Job summary

Qualtrics seeks a Senior Program Manager for Data Security & Information Governance to establish and scale enterprise data governance, spanning Legal, Data & Technology Operations, and Engineering. You will lead the Data Front Door concept, enabling compliant data access while balancing business needs across a fast-growing SaaS platform.

You will partner with security and product teams to implement policy-driven controls, ensure privacy by design, and drive governance adoption at scale across

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Governance, Data Security, Data Operations, or Information Architecture in a high-growth tech/SaaS org.
• Deep understanding of data privacy and security frameworks (HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA) and data licensing nuances.
• Experience setting up, configuring, or administering enterprise data governance & catalog tools (e.g., Collibra, Alation, DataGalaxy, Atlan).
• Technical aptitude with cloud data ecosystems (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS/GCP) and data security mechanisms (hashing, tokenization).

Responsibilities

• Build and scale enterprise data governance programs across Legal, Data & Technology Operations, and Engineering.
• Design centralized intake/triage workflows that enable self-service data access while complying with policies.
• Collaborate with InfoSec to translate policies into automated access controls (RBAC/ABAC).
• Measure adoption and maturity with KPIs and governance metrics.
