CVS Health is seeking a senior data/analytics engineer to design, develop, and implement digital solutions that optimize Payer operations. You will architect scalable data platforms, build end-to-end integration patterns, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to drive intelligent automation.

The role emphasizes SQL/Python development, data warehousing, and pragmatic problem solving, with a focus on reliability, governance, and stakeholder alignment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
• Hands-on dimensional data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Programming in SQL, Python to support cloud-based and on-prem data warehousing services.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of data issues.
• Experience with performance improvement techniques.
• Willingness to identify improvements and own work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Architect and build end-to-end integration patterns across cloud-native SaaS and core clinical systems.
• Ensure quality and resilience with system testing, debugging, and peer code reviews.
• Act as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads for design choices.
• Explore AI/ML opportunities to drive intelligent automation.
• Create and maintain system designs, architecture diagrams, and best practices.
• Operate with a self-starter mindset when facing ambiguous requirements.
