You will focus on payer operations, automating contracts, and measuring payer performance, while collaborating with product and business teams.

The role requires strong SQL, data modeling, and Python skills, with experience in data warehousing and both cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Hands-on data modeling, schema design, and data warehousing.
• Proficient in SQL and Python for cloud and on-prem data warehousing.
• Experience troubleshooting data issues.
• Ability to identify and implement process improvements in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Architect & Build end-to-end integration patterns bridging cloud-native SaaS, Epic EMR, and data platforms.
• Conduct tests, debugging, and code reviews to ensure reliability of the integration layer.
• Serve as a technical consultant to Product and Business leads and refine requirements.
• Explore AI/ML tools to drive automation and smarter workflows.
• Create architecture diagrams and best practices for platform self-service.
• Navigate ambiguity by asking questions and delivering aligned solutions.
