Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide development and production support for key software applications and systems.
• Contribute to solutions architecture deliverables and decisions.
• Partner with UX in developing solutions that improve user experience and accessibility.
• Resolve technical problems across on-premise, cloud native, and hybrid apps.
• Support data collection, root cause analysis, and ongoing optimization.
• Provide recommended solutions to meet project objectives and outcomes.
• Identify issues and propose resolutions with stakeholders.
