Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field with 5+ years development experience (e.g. Angular, NodeJS, TypeScript, C++, .NET, Java, SQL) OR 9 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and accuracy with attention to detail.
• Experience with software development lifecycle methodologies.
• Ability to mentor team members and communicate effectively under pressure.
• Ability to translate WaaS strategy into design and development decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead system development and engineering for highly complex programs. Coordinate coding, testing and debugging of complex programs and workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for innovative and cost-effective solutions for multiple applications and systems.
• Provide leadership and guidance for root cause analysis and ongoing optimization; mentor team members.
