Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training, Logistics, and Simulation division seeks a Software Developer. About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Developer to join our dynamic team at Lockheed Martin’s Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Training, Logistics, and Simulation (TLS) division. In this role, you will leverage industry-leading game engine technology to develop and enhance the Prepar3D Fuse product, a vital tool used in military and civilian simulation training. Your work will directly impact mission readiness by creating realistic, effective training environments across a range of platforms—from mobile devices to full-scale simulators. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical discipline from an accredited institution, along with a minimum of two years of professional experience. Proficiency in modern C++ programming is essential, as is hands-on experience with Unreal Engine (UE). Familiarity with source control systems, debugging tools, and performance profiling is required. Candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at various levels and building effective relationships. U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain a Secret-level security clearance are mandatory for consideration.
