Evlo AI in Miami is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to own frontend and backend delivery across customer-facing products. You will work with React frontends, REST/GraphQL APIs, and Python/Node services, shipping end-to-end features from design through production monitoring.

In a small, senior team, you’ll mentor peers, review code, and improve CI/CD and cloud infrastructure. The role emphasizes ownership, performance, security, and data-driven iteration.

Formación

• 3–7 years of full-stack software engineering experience shipping production web applications.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and a modern frontend framework (React, Vue, or Angular).
• Hands-on backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, including API design and relational databases.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js/Python services.
• Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL, with attention to performance, security, and schema design.
• Own features end-to-end: technical design, implementation, testing, deployment, and post-launch iteration.
• Write well-tested, documented code; lead code reviews and mentor mid-level engineers on the team.
• Instrument and monitor services using tools like Datadog or Grafana, investigating and resolving production issues.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship customer-facing features across the stack using React, TypeScript, and Node.js/Python services
• Develop and maintain REST and GraphQL APIs backed by PostgreSQL, with attention to performance, security, and schema design

What We Are Looking For

• Solid backend experience with Node.js, Python, or Go, including API design and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• Track record of owning complex features from concept to production in a collaborative team environment
• Bonus: Experience with mobile development (React Native or native iOS/Android), GraphQL, or event-driven architectures (Kafka, SQS)
