EXL is seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Engineer with 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and deploying scalable, production-grade applications in the United States. The role emphasizes front-end expertise in React-based development and robust backend engineering with Python and Node.js.

You will design, build, and optimize web applications, APIs, and microservices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on Full Stack engineering experience.
• Extensive React-based frontend development expertise.
• Backend experience with Python and Node.js in production systems.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, Redux, Next.js, and Material UI.
• Architect and build robust backend systems using Node.js, Express.js, Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI).
• Develop and optimize RESTful APIs, GraphQL services, and gRPC integrations.
• Design microservices, event-driven architectures, and asynchronous workflows.
• Build real-time data processing solutions and distributed systems.
• Create scalable data models and manage databases including PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB.
• Implement cloud-native and serverless solutions with focus on security, reliability, and performance.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and mentor juniors.
• Collaborate with Product, UX, QA, and DevOps to deliver critical solutions.
• Promote engineering best practices, code quality, automated testing, and CI/CD adoption.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in modern React-based frontend development and backend engineering using Python and Node.js, with a proven track record of building high-performance enterprise and consumer-facing platforms.
