Job summary

Citizens Bank is launching the Enterprise Technology & Security Development Program (ETSDP) in Johnston, RI with rotations across Consumer, Commercial, and Colleague Tech. You will build APIs, mobile apps, and microservices while learning modern engineering practices in an agile setting.

The program includes onboarding, formal training, and exposure to senior leadership, with a June 28, 2027 start and a starting salary of $80,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Development or related field.
• Expected graduation Spring 2027, minimum GPA 3.0.
• Hands-on software development experience from coursework, internships, or projects using Java/JavaScript/C/C++/Go/Swift/Python/.NET/Node.js/React.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through Software Engineer teams across multiple business lines to gain hands-on experience.
• Design, develop, and implement technology solutions in collaboration with agile teams.
• Build and maintain iOS/Android apps and APIs to enable data integration.
• Contribute to modern engineering practices and deliver microservices-oriented solutions.
