Citizens Bank’s Enterprise Technology & Security Development Program (ETSDP) invites aspiring Network Engineers to join a year‑long rotation. Start date is June 28, 2027, with placements at Johnston, RI headquarters or other HQs, featuring three rotations across networking, cloud, and security to build hands‑on expertise.

You will work with engineers, architects, and cybersecurity partners, gaining automation and IaC experience, plus onboarding through a Tech Made Ready Academy and ECDP, laying

Qualifications

Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in network tech with expected May 2027 graduation.
Minimum GPA 3.0.
Video interview assessment within 4 days of link.
Ability to work in a team with strong communication.

Responsibilities

Build experience in maintaining and supporting secure connectivity across the enterprise.
Develop expertise in identifying network performance trends and diagnostics.
Collaborate with network engineers, architects, cybersecurity, cloud, and operations teams to plan work.
Advance knowledge of network security technologies and automation initiatives.
