The mission of the software team in Marlborough, MA is to provide world-class software for our customers. We are looking to add software engineers to our development team for a wide array of products Surveillance & Warning, Battle Management, Command & Control, Communications, Effectors, and Advanced Sensor Systems.

What You Will Do

• Participate in collaborative, integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications
• Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems
• Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related (STEM) degree
• Minimum of 2 years professional software programming experience in development, integration, or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language
• The ability to obtain and maintain an ***interim Secret U.S. security clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Desire and ability to learn new technologies and tools
• Experience working in Agile environment such as Scrum, Scrum @ Scale, SAFe, Test-Driven Development, DevSecOps

• Experience contributing to a team environment for the purpose of developing creative solutions to difficult technical problems
• Experience with integrated development tools such as Azure, Git, Atlassian Suite, Jenkins, Eclipse, and Ansible
• Experience working in a continuous integration/continuous development pipeline
• Knowledge of Red Hat and/or Linux Operating Systems
• Exposure to Open Systems Architectures and modular design principles
