RTX is hiring a Software Development Engineer to support our Radar Product Line Team in Marlborough, MA. You will work on real-time embedded and application software, designing, coding, testing, and documenting solutions. The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering and adherence to established development practices.

The location for this position is in Marlborough, MA.

What You Will Do

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills, including ability to produce technical documentation, and the desire to learn new technologies and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing software in a team-based development environment, preferably Agile/SCRUM, DevOps and test automation.

Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.

This position requires the ability to obtain a security clearance.
