Raytheon Technologies in MA is seeking software engineers to join our development teams for Battle Management, C2, Communications, and Surveillance systems. You will participate in cross-discipline teams, apply agile practices, and contribute to real-time software and tools.

Based in Woburn, MA and Tewksbury, MA, you'll work onsite with opportunities to impact national defense programs and work in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

Participate in collaborative, cross-discipline integrated product teams, employ agile software development techniques and resources to develop, test, and integrate complex software and systems solutions for aerospace and defense applications. Assist and participate in the requirements, design, development and testing of real-time software, application software, and tools, to include development of new work products or enhancement of existing applications and systems. Work collaboratively to analyze, implement and test system.

Qualifications You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related (STEM) discipline
• Minimum of five (5) or more years of relevant software programming experience in development, integration, and/or test using C++, Java or similar object-oriented software language

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
