You’ll partner with product and design to ship customer‑facing and data‑intensive capabilities that power pay decisions across teams. Join a fast‑moving, collaborative team in a hybrid culture—3–4 days in‑person, with strong growth opportunities and a focus on practical impact.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-stack, backend, or frontend engineering experience with TypeScript and Node.js.
• Solid product instincts: you think about the customer's problem first, and use that to guide your technical approach.
• Comfort working in ambiguity: you can take a rough problem statement and turn it into a shipped feature.
• A collaborative style: you work well with PMs, designers, and other engineers, and communicate clearly about tradeoffs.
• Execution-driven mindset: you bias toward shipping and iterating over long design cycles.
• Nice to have: experience at a B2B SaaS company during rapid growth.
