Pave is hiring for a customer-facing Implementation role focused on deploying our real-time compensation platform. You will partner with HR and Finance leaders to transform compensation strategies, drive adoption, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as a customer-facing CSE, TAM or Implementation Manager in a B2B SaaS company.
• Deep experience with JSON, HTML, SQL and API integrations.
• Strong planning, execution and risk-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive successful implementation projects for Pave's compensation software with HR and Finance stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end project management, create detailed plans and manage risks and timelines.
• Advise customers on compensation challenges and scalable processes using Pave's platform.
• Collaborate across Product, Engineering and Customer Success to surface needs and improvements.
• Build relationships through clear communication and proactive problem solving.
• Handle integrations, data migrations and configurations for the customer.
