Qualifications

• 4-10 years of software engineering experience building and shipping production systems.
• Strong Python experience with idiomatic code and libraries.
• Experience designing and operating micro-services in production.
• Ability to design interfaces and abstractions for reuse across the org.

Responsibilities

• Build product features powering core product functionality.
• Design, build, and maintain Python micro-services.
• Handle data efficiently with attention to performance, memory, and latency.
• Create well-structured service layers and abstractions for reuse.
• Propose architectures and solutions for new features, not just implement specs.
• Write tests and establish guardrails to move fast without breaking things.
• Collaborate with product, platform, and AI/ML teams across stacks.
