Deutsche Bank in New York, NY is seeking a Software Engineer for the Client Onboarding Transformation team to build and scale the digital platform that simplifies onboarding for Corporate Bank clients. You will work within a global engineering organization delivering modern, low-friction capabilities and advancing automation, APIs, and responsible AI solutions.

You will design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack Java applications and microservices, deliver workflow orchestration and API

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Strong Java full-stack engineering experience.
Experience designing enterprise-grade apps, microservices, APIs, and workflow solutions.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack Java applications and microservices for the Client Onboarding platform.
Deliver workflow orchestration, automation, UI, microservices, and API capabilities that reduce onboarding friction.
Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure software solutions.
Collaborate in an Agile, cross-functional team across locations.
Apply engineering standards through code reviews, automated testing, CI, observability and production support.
Explore responsible AI-assisted solutions to automate onboarding activities.
