Job summary

Deutsche Bank's US Credit Flow Trading Technology team in New York seeks a Full Stack Lead Engineer to drive the next generation Trader Desktop and SPR integration, shaping scalable architectures for cash and derivatives workflows.

You will partner with Trading Desk, Operations, and downstream groups, mentor engineers, and implement modern DevOps practices to deliver high-availability services in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Java and Python for backend services.
• Strong front-end experience with React and state management.
• Understanding of derivative products, especially Credit and Interest Rate derivatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Trade Capture tooling for CDS products.
• Define and champion technical best practices to be used by the team.
• Provide guidance to employees and align with project objectives.
