Job summary

BRG is seeking a Software Engineer to design and implement technology solutions across Finance, HR, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal functions. You will gather requirements, identify automation opportunities, and build AI-enabled apps and integrations with a focus on efficiency and data accessibility.

As part of the IT team, you will develop, test, and maintain business applications in a .NET environment, collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to drive digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on experience in .NET environment including C# and PowerShell.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from business users across Finance, HR, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal.
• Identify automation and integration opportunities and design AI-enabled solutions.
• Develop, test, deploy, and maintain custom applications, scripts, and integrations.
• Build and support integrations between enterprise systems and monitor performance.
