Job summary
RS Group is seeking a Senior Automation Specialist within the GSBS Automation team to identify, design, and deliver automation solutions that drive efficiency and value across the organization.
You will work with stakeholders at all levels to gather requirements, guide best practices, and mentor developers, while leveraging AI and innovative technologies to solve complex business challenges.
Qualifications
- Experience designing and delivering automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into scalable automation designs.
- Comfort collaborating with business and IT leaders across levels.
- Proven track record of mentoring developers and contributing to automation communities.
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess automation opportunities, recommending suitable solutions and technologies.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions using UiPath and Power Automate.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams and process owners to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions.
- Provide technical guidance, support best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and ensure solutions remain scalable and reliable.
- Mentor developers and support the growth of the wider automation community.
