We Do Consulting Differently The Software Engineer will develop and implement technology solutions that enhance business operations across Finance, Human Resources, Accounting, Payroll, and Legal functions. Working closely with stakeholders, this role will gather business requirements, identify process improvement opportunities, and design automation and AI-enabled solutions that increase efficiency and streamline workflows. The Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining automated business applications and integrations using a variety of programming languages, frameworks, and technologies. As a member of the Information Technology team, this position reports directly to the Software Engineering Manager and plays a key role in driving innovation, process optimization, and digital transformation across the organization.
While performing the duties of this role, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, and communicate effectively. The position is primarily sedentary and involves extended periods of working at a computer. The employee may occasionally need to stand, walk, or reach with hands and arms. Lifting or moving items up to 10 pounds may be required occasionally. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. This role may operate in a professional office environment or a remote/home office setting, depending on business needs and company policy. Salary Range: $120,000--$160,000
