Job summary

Buildout is seeking a Software Engineer to build, maintain, and refine CRE marketing tools. You will ship backend (Rails) and frontend (React) features, collaborating with Product and UX to deliver high-quality, AI-enabled software.

This fully remote role spans most of the United States, with a compensation range of $120,000 to $170,000 annually. You’ll join a team that values thoughtful prompt engineering, code reviews, and shipping real results.

Qualifications

• Strong background in SaaS software development.
• Experience with Rails or React in production.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities
