Job summary

Xealth seeks a software engineer to design, build, and scale services powering EHR integrations and clinical workflows. You will apply CS fundamentals to solve complex problems in distributed systems and API design.

Responsibilities include architecting integration services with HL7 v2 and FHIR, ensuring data quality and HIPAA security, and collaborating with product and EHR teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable software. Strong emphasis on building AI-enabled healthcare products.

Qualifications

Strong CS fundamentals and ability to reason about systems, data, and code at scale.
Experience building scalable distributed software systems and APIs.
Familiarity with health-tech APIs (FHIR/HL7) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and scale services powering EHR integrations and clinical workflows.
Architect and implement integration services using HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR APIs.
Ensure data quality, security, and HIPAA-compliant practices.
Develop AI-enabled products and maintain AI-driven features.
Collaborate with product managers and EHR specialists to translate workflows into software.
Contribute to code reviews, system design, and engineering decisions.
