Job summary

Xealth is hiring a software engineer to design, build, and scale services powering EHR integrations and clinical workflows. You’ll apply CS fundamentals to distributed systems, data modeling, and API design.

Responsibilities include architecting integration services with HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR APIs, ensuring data quality and HIPAA‑compliant security, and collaborating with product teams to translate clinical workflows into scalable software.

Qualifications

Software engineer with CS fundamentals and experience in healthcare data exchange.
Hands-on design and building of scalable integration services.
Experience with RESTful or event-driven APIs and healthcare data standards.
Knowledge of HIPAA security and data quality practices.
Proficiency in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native apps.

Responsibilities

Architect and implement integration services using HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR APIs.
Build scalable abstraction layers and reusable modules for data exchange.
Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and HIPAA‑compliant security.
Collaborate with product and EHR specialists to translate workflows into software.
Contribute to code reviews, system design discussions, and technical decisions.
