Salesforce Enterprise Security is hiring a Software Engineer to join our Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. You will design and build foundational IAM services protecting customer trust across Salesforce’s products and infrastructure.

This is an opportunity for an early-career engineer to work at the intersection of distributed systems, enterprise security, and modern software engineering while building skills in identity and AI-enabled security operations.

Qualifications

• 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Golang, Python, or Java.
• Hands-on AI-enabled security or IAM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship high-quality software across Linux, macOS, and Windows with AI as a core workflow.
• Design systems where AI agents integrate into human workflows and assess code for quality, security, and performance.
• Implement device trust and attestation mechanisms including PKI and hardware-backed trust.
• Deploy containerized workloads using Kubernetes, Docker, and Terraform.
• Contribute to secure development workflows with CI/CD and code quality checks.
• Support vulnerability remediation and incident response, partnering with teammates to close security gaps.
