Job summary

Amazon is seeking a Software Development Engineer for Agentic Workspaces within AWS. You will design, build and operate services that authenticate, authorize, connect, and stream WorkSpaces sessions for humans and AI agents. Expect end-to-end ownership, high availability, and low latency across global regions.

You will work with identity providers, networking, and gateway teams to deliver secure, scalable, and observable workspace connectivity at scale.

Qualifications

3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience.
1+ years of software development engineer or related experience.
1+ years designing large‑scale, multi‑tiered distributed software.
1+ years of Object Oriented Design.
Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering or foreign equivalent.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver features and systems within the Data Plane for WorkSpaces sessions.
Unify and simplify session broker and stream across protocols with high fidelity.
Implement pre-session authentication and governance for humans and agents.
Operate low-latency broker and streaming services across regions with SLAs.
Drive instrumentation, automated testing, and CI/CD for reliable operation.
Advance AI-powered capabilities like intelligent gateway selection and self-diagnosis.
