The Role

We’re looking for a Product-Minded Software Engineer to join a high-ownership, high-impact engineering team. You’ll own feature development end-to-end, shape product experience, and directly impact customer outcomes. Work closely with Product, Design, and Operations to ship quickly, iterate on feedback, and build internal and external tooling used daily by recruiters and hiring teams. This role offers strong leadership potential and the chance to grow into product or engineering leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement product features used by recruiters and hiring teams
• Own full-stack development from backend services to polished frontend UX
• Talk regularly with customers and internal users to inform product decisions
