Software Engineer

About Us:

We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI healthtech startup that’s transforming how clinical operations are managed. By utilizing intelligent documentation and automated compliance auditing, the company empowers providers to prioritize patient care over administrative tasks. Headquartered in NYC and recently funded, they’re growing their engineering team to support increasing demand from healthcare organizations across the country.

The Role:

This is a high-ownership role within a small, mission-driven team creating AI-powered tools for the healthcare space. Reporting directly to the Co-Founder and Head of Engineering, you’ll contribute across product development, customer integrations, and internal systems. Engineers on this team are expected to move fast, ship frequently, and help guide both product and company direction.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and iterate on core product features using Python, TypeScript, and React

• Customize workflows and onboard new customers with unique operational needs
• Own DevOps and internal tooling initiatives from development through deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally to improve infrastructure, reliability, and speed
• Contribute to product decisions that directly impact providers and patients

Skills and Experience:

• Strong backend and frontend development experience with Python, React, and TypeScript
• Background working on high-growth, product-driven teams (startup experience a plus)
• Experience working in fast-paced environments where speed, ownership, and collaboration matter
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred)
• Passion for AI/ML or healthcare innovation
• BS or MS in Computer Science or related field

The Benefits:

As a Software Engineer, you can expect a base salary of $120,000 – $140,000 + equity, alongside benefits including health, dental, and vision.
