Job summary

RCT Systems is seeking a Software Developer to support and modernize enterprise PKI and Identity & Access Management systems. You will work on legacy modernization and new secure cloud-based applications for government networks in an Agile Scrum environment.

Responsibilities include developing Java/Spring Boot backends on AWS, building REST APIs, implementing deployment scripts with CloudFormation, and collaborating with product owners, engineers, testers, and security teams.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
• BS degree + 3–5 years of software development experience.
• Strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, AWS.
• Bash and Python scripting.
• Git.
• CloudFormation.
• XML, JSON, YAML.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
