Responsibilities

We are seeking a Software Engineer with Full Stack/AWS skills to join our team. The team seeks a creative individual who is eager to innovate and contribute to making our product and suite an industry leader. Our product provides application programming interfaces connecting our department’s user interfaces with the payment transaction data store and event driven architecture layer. We process both real-time and batch premium payments to meet the needs of our customers.

Qualifications

We are seeking candidates with 3 to 5 years of Software Engineering experience who also have the following qualifications and skills:

• Programming Languages:
• Proficiency in Java (3 years' experience minimum)
• Proficiency in Python (3 years’ experience minimum)
• Cloud Computing:
• Experience with AWS services
• Familiarity with Containerization, Terraform, OpenShift, and Docker
• AWS certifications are considered a plus
• Application Monitoring:
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace to ensure application performance and reliability
• Business Knowledge:
• Ability to connect with your business partners and transform their requirements into a reality.

• Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Potential starting salary range: $95,800 - $148,000
• Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience
• High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience
• Potential yearly incentive pay up to 18% of base salary
