As a Sr. Software Development Engineer, you will contribute significantly to delivering a new healthcare platform designed specifically for the clinical team. Core Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects of the SDLC process (SCRUM, Design, Code, Test, Deploy, & Maintain)
• Design and build highly available, scalable, and responsive services & APIs using our tech stack
• Collaborate with Product, UX, and other Engineering teams
• Work with the Platform team following best practices for scalability and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and promote best practices
• Enhance overall code quality and maintainability
• Partner with tech leads to address technical debt
• Mentor junior engineers through pair programming
• Implement SecDevOps best practices
• Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor's in CS or relevant degree / work experience
• 6+ years of experience building large consumer-facing products using Kotlin or Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, OpenAPI, Protobuf in cloud environments
• Expertise in threading and memory management in microservices
• Proficiency in building resilient, scalable, and secure software
• Experience with performance optimization of MongoDB
• Expertise in building distributed, event-driven, cloud-native environments in Azure/AWS using Docker/Kubernetes
