Qualifications

• Experience designing, developing REST APIs and integrating tools and interfaces.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and enterprise app development.
• Proficiency with Java frameworks and build automation tools.
• Experience with cloud development, AWS, and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and integrate REST APIs with existing services and interfaces.
• Apply microservices principles and solid software design basics.
• Develop Java applications using Spring Boot, Tomcat, and Maven.
• Work in AWS environments with CI/CD pipelines and automated tests.
• Implement containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and SQL-based databases.
• Use Git/GitLab for source control and collaboration.

What you\'ll do

• Experience designing, developing, and integratingREST APIsand working with existing tools, services, and application interfaces.


• Knowledge ofmicroservices architecture, software design principles, and enterprise application development.


• Experience withJava frameworks and technologies, includingSpring Boot, Apache Tomcat, and Mavenfor application development and build automation.


• Familiarity withcloud development and infrastructure management, particularly withinAWS environments and services.


• Experience withCI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and software deployment processes.


• Hands-on experience withcontainerization technologies, includingDocker and Kubernetes.


• Experience working with databases and data platforms such asMongoDB, Elasticsearch, and SQL-based databases.


• Proficiency withGit and GitLabfor source control and collaborative software development.


• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while supporting mission-focused software development efforts.

Qualifications

• Must be aU.S. Citizen.


• Must possess an activeTS/SCI clearance with a current polygraph.


• Bachelor\'s degree inComputer Scienceor a related technical field.


• Strong foundation in computer science principles, software development, algorithms, data structures, and modern computing concepts.


• Ability to apply technical expertise to support mission-critical systems and solve complex engineering challenges.

The pay range for this role is:

115,000 - 270,000 USD per year (Annapolis Junction, MD)
