Job summary

Software Engineer

Location: Columbus, Ohio (Onsite)

Duration: 12 months (CTH)

Role Overview

In this role, you will join a team building the future of enterprise AI. As a Lead Software Engineer, you will design and develop multi-agent orchestration platforms and intelligent automation solutions. This position involves working at the intersection of software engineering, Generative AI, and automation to create scalable solutions that drive business impact by streamlining workflows and accelerating delivery.

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex, multi-faceted, larger-scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, and compliance requirements.
• Build and enhance multi-agent AI orchestration platforms and automation frameworks.
• Develop enterprise-grade full-stack applications supporting AI-powered experiences.
• Design and implement Generative AI solutions using modern agent frameworks.
• Partner with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
• Drive technical excellence, scalability, security, and performance across solutions.

Required Qualifications

Experience: This includes 7+ years developing enterprise web applications, 2+ years of hands-on experience building Generative AI applications, and 5+ years designing and building scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise applications.

Technical Skills: Strong experience is required with Python, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Next.js, Tailwind, and Bootstrap. Experience is also required with ADK, OpenAI Agent Frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar technologies, along with experience designing agent-based workflows and automation.

Professional Skills: The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and deliver results with minimal oversight is required. Candidates must be able to strategically collaborate and consult with personnel.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience with public cloud platforms and AI solution deployment.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, and enterprise integration patterns.
